Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement. Wheel and rim shops repair bent or curb-scraped wheels, refinish them and sell aftermarket sets. Seasonal demand peaks before winter in the northern states and before summer road trips everywhere.

They messed up my tire balancing and my car was shaking while on the highway. Came back and they tried to charge me another balancing until I asked for the owner. Another time, I pulled in and one of the workers was sitting on his phone and didnβt acknowledge us even though we were the only car. We waited for five minutes and just pulled off instead. Maybe their prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I was in Chicago from out of state and had a large nail in my tire, without knowing of this place and stopping in, they exceeded my expectations, they repaired my tire properly and quickly, I was in and out within 30 minutes and they were professional the entire time. I would highly recommend this place from anyone local or traveling.

Been going here for a while, great people. But today I went in for them to check if I had a nail in one of my tires because it wouldnβt hold air for long. A young guy with a buzz cut helped me out, he said I needed a new tire. They only sell used ones so I decided to go elsewhere to buy a new one. This dude tells me itβs 15 bucks even though all hr did was put air in it. 15 bucks is what they normally charge to patch a tire so that price didnβt sound right. He tells me thatβs the new price and tells the older guy to charge me 15 and he just nodded his head and charged me 5. This kid is shady was straight up trying to rip me off, nice try. Always go to the older gentleman for help.
